Responsibilities:
- Adapts processes to improve inefficiencies and accelerate product/capability development;
- Tracks progress against enterprise plans;
- Translate, analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and graphical formats;
- Help customers resolve data gaps and issues;
- Attend site meetings with contents list and picklist or SOW;
- Interpret complex quantitative results and distill key impacts relevant to customer needs;
- Document and write reports as necessary on configuration, methodology, and insights from results;
- Review completed contents lists and send to be digitized;
- Integrate business data from multiple internal and external sources; develop adaptive logic for resolving differences and ensuring quality;
- Complete the onsite packet with content lists, shipping labels, and setup details;
- Manage the schedule, budget, scope, and quality of implementation projects;
- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, custom workflows, resource plans, and status reports;
- Attend launch meetings and complete checklist;
- Managing ITIPS records for assigned systems;
- Help design, document, maintain, and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Experience with document management processes;
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Familiarity with Agile Principles and experience working on Scrum team preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers;
- Ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively with technical, non-technical staff, and customers/stakeholders as needed or directed;
- Experience with providing technical guidance to IT Development teams;
- Entity Framework;
- Programming Languages VBScript Yes 1 Advanced Currently Using 4 – 6 Years;
- Operating Systems/APIs PowerShell Yes 1 Advanced Currently Using 2 – 4 Years;
