Our company is looking for a Project Management Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver project-specific content, progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations;
  • Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
  • Manage scope throughout project duration, maintaining accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports;
  • Identify, create, and evolve project management standards and practices and educate and train others within the Foundational Business Division;
  • Create a detailed work plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project(s);
  • Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with project initiatives;
  • Determine the objectives and evaluation metrics that projects will be evaluated by upon completion;
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction, including setting and managing client expectations;
  • Constant communication with the Distribution team to coordinate and track the fundraising process;
  • Being “in the know” of all roadshow calendars, meetings, and details to communicate internally as well as on paper;
  • Scheduling support by managing team calendars and sending calendar invites;
  • Support with CRM system including adding meetings and calls;
  • Updating and maintaining info in CRM system;
  • Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments;
  • Filing and submitting expenses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ Microsoft Office Suite experience;
  • Minimum of 2+ Project Management experience;
  • Minimum of 2+ Program Control Services experience.
