Responsibilities:

  • income, sales payroll and property tax returns,
  • Assisting clients with tax and accounting issues;
  • other financial reports;
  • Preparation of: compiled financial statements;
  • Prepare, review and adjust clients accounting records.

Requirements:

  • Detail and deadline-oriented and self-motivated;
  • Two years experience in accounting and tax;
  • Bachelors or Associate Accounting Degree;
  • QBO;
  • Microsoft Office products;
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently;
  • Independent with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
  • Adobe Acrobat;
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools including: Checkpoint and Intelliconnect research;
  • CCH Prosystem FX.
