Real Estate Financial Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for property information;
- Present financial findings to general managers and ownership on a quarterly or as needed basis;
- Review financial statements and operating information;
- Prepare marketing and promotional materials;
- Gather and research sales and rent comparables;
- Prepare financial models for Commercial Real Estate valuations;
- Review third-party appraisal/due-diligence reports for assets as necessary;
- Provide guidance to other departments and assist with special projects related to commercial real estate;
- Track market trends such as rental growth and development;
- Prepare marketing proposals and meeting presentation materials;
- Analyze acquired assets on an ongoing basis to assist the asset management team with project management;
- Database management.
Requirements:
- Financial analysis and underwriting;
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized;
- Ability to handle sensitive material and maintain the highest level of confidentiality;
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Have a team-player attitude;

- Exceptional analytical skills;
