Our company is looking for a Research Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering data and undertaking data analysis, including financial analysis;
  • Sourcing and pre-screening active and passive candidates;
  • Collect inputs on performance metrics and provide program performance analysis to the Government;
  • Manages research database(s) Proactively and routinely updates and maintains property databases;
  • Assist in custom and consulting activities for specific clients;
  • Provide end-to-end management of users and research services and provide custom reports and analysis on-demand;
  • Summarizing stakeholder interviews and client meetings;
  • Compile statistical data specific to client or service line by translating and converting data to graphs/tables/charts;
  • Analyze market statistics, generate market reports and/or collateral material based on statistical analysis conducted;
  • Create quarterly market reports to include written analysis explaining statistics and market activity, which may include drafting quarterly write-up;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Assisting with the design, documentation, development, maintenance, and oversight of OPIR databases;
  • Conducting comprehensive literature reviews using PubMed/Medline and other electronic databases and synthesizing findings;
  • Summarizing study findings in reports and presentations;
  • Assisting with the design and administration of stakeholder interview protocols and doing survey instruments.

Requirements:

  • General business process knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain or customer experience);
  • Strong written and communication skills;
  • 1-2 years experience in Marketing or Media research preferred;
  • Working knowledge of Qualtrics or other online survey programming tool;
  • 3+ years of consumer insights experience, video game or digital entertainment a plus;
  • Mastery of SPSS, R, or similar statistics package;
  • Knowledge of SPSS, VBA, and R scripting language a strong plus;
  • Strong interpersonal skills required;
  • Ability to work on multiple workstreams in parallel;
  • Flexible/adaptable to changing needs and priorities;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you;
  • Or any similar combination of education and experience;
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Industry related field of study preferred;
  • Candidates must be students currently enrolled in acollege/university (Minimum Requirement).
