Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts a high volume of applicant phone screens and face-to-face interviews;
  • Maintain an accurate record of sales and marketing headcount at all times;
  • Attends out of office social networking events outside of normal business hours;
  • Prepare and execute individual interview and offer goals on a weekly basis;
  • Attend and engage with students at College Career Fairs and Events;
  • Attend Sales & Marketing Meetings on an ongoing basis;
  • Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, employee referrals, social media and active applicants;
  • Plan, prepare and execute company Career Nights and referral events;
  • Coordinating, initiating and reviewing background check results;
  • Data tracking for employee referrals, hiring sources, reports, calls, interviews, etc;
  • Complete Wyndham Destinations Sales Training;
  • Maintain proper business acumen and business professional attire/appearance.

Requirements:

  • Must have a genuine passion and general knowledge for our industry;
  • Willing and motivated to set priorities, meet quotas, and work with limited direction/supervision at times;
  • Must have an extensive online social network;
  • Sales recruiting experience preferred;
  • Proficient in Database navigation;
  • Accurate and expedient proofreading ability;
  • 2-5 years successful recruiting experience required;
  • Extra-curricular activities and public speaking a plus;
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects effectively;
  • Although we consider internal applicants first, current Wyndham associates are not guaranteed an interview;
  • Must be available to work an occasional weekend (dependent on business need);
  • High Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Must have experience in navigating and networking through LinkedIn and other similar social media outlets;
  • Successful history in sales and/or marketing;
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
