Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements;
  • Maintain current knowledge of organizational and department policies, procedures, and promotions;
  • Maintain consistent divisional branding in alignment with corporate brand standards and manage content of all marketing materials;
  • Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations;
  • Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared before deadlines;
  • Analyze and evaluate current sales marketing processes, investments, solutions and make recommendations for utilization and efficiencies;
  • Support sales team activities;
  • Work with leadership and sales teams to execute touch programs and campaigns through established project marketing and management tools;
  • Manage and direct public relations campaigns to include but not limited to press releases, social media, webinars, events and associations;
  • Attend daily meetings;
  • Coordinate, plan, co-create, and co-manage a variety of marketing related projects;
  • Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time;
  • Attend staff meetings;
  • Assist in production for the accounts we represent;
  • Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years experience in marketing, sales or business development role is required;
  • Prior experience with creation of messaging, marketing materials, campaigns, sales tools for presentations, etc. is required;
  • Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks;
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organization is imperative;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills – must be able to manage projects and time independently;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience is required;
  • Treats external and internal clients professionally at all times; collaborate respectfully and effectively across teams;
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Competent and courteous communicator with all;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing activities (basic web development, SEM, analytics, social media, email marketing, graphics);
  • Generates creative solutions; uses feedback to modify designs; demonstrates attention to detail;
  • Must be proactive and at times, work with minimal supervision;
  • Resourceful and highly adaptive personality. Proactive problem-solver who can make independent decisions is a must;
  • You have a wide small business expertise and enjoy opening a dialogue with business managers and owners;
