Our company is looking for a Sales Tax Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve post-sale tax issues;
  • Work with prospective customers to establish sales tax exemption;
  • Resolve tax exemption issues;
  • Complete state sales and use tax audits;
  • Work with existing customers whose sales tax exemption needs have changed;
  • Manage, respond to, and resolve state and local tax inquiries;
  • Proactively work with customers to address sales tax exemptions as they near expiration;
  • Determine tax liability on all sales orders;
  • Oversee the maintenance of customer sales and use tax permits.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
