Salesforce Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Salesforce Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements;
- Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements;
- Develop process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions;
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs;
- Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies;
- Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training;
- Define success criteria and develop comprehensive project plans to track progress;
- Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories.
Requirements:
- Experience with Agile development practices and working in a Scrum team (certification a plus);
- Understanding of Entertainment industry and content lifecycle;
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred. Technical experience preferred;
- Experience developing Salesforce solutions for the Media and Entertainment industry, specifically for studios is highly desirable;
- Proficient with MS Office products, specifically advanced Visio, PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required;
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent field;
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and client stakeholder management;
- Ability to effectively work in team environment with multiple skill set levels;
- Prior salesforce experience preferred.
