Our company is looking for a Salesforce Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements;
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements;
  • Develop process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions;
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs;
  • Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies;
  • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training;
  • Define success criteria and develop comprehensive project plans to track progress;
  • Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Agile development practices and working in a Scrum team (certification a plus);
  • Understanding of Entertainment industry and content lifecycle;
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred. Technical experience preferred;
  • Experience developing Salesforce solutions for the Media and Entertainment industry, specifically for studios is highly desirable;
  • Proficient with MS Office products, specifically advanced Visio, PowerPoint and Excel skills;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required;
  • BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent field;
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and client stakeholder management;
  • Ability to effectively work in team environment with multiple skill set levels;
  • Prior salesforce experience preferred.
