Our company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Write user training manuals, help files, and facilitate training sessions for large applications, as needed;
- Collaboratively document test criteria with requestors, developers, and QA teams;
- Create/update data dictionary, data modeling and flow diagrams as needed;
- Support the evaluation of AppExchange & partner solutions;
- Leads and coordinates project team members through all phases of the systems development lifecycle;
- Contribute to the short-and long-term planning sessions to understand business goals and direction;
- Assist with prototyping. Gather feedback from users and team;
- Continuous improvement and innovation on the force.com platform;
- Assist in identifying business priorities;
- Conducts interviews and workshops to understand business strategy and requirements;
- Self-organizing and self-managing individual with a focus on delivering business value;
- Be an underdog: be determined, crafty, spirited, resilient, and tenacious. Challenge conventional wisdom and refuse to take no for an answer;
- Researches, reviews and analyzes existing processes and develops strategies for enhancements;
- Coordinates and performs tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes/systems, and other post implementation support;
- Work within a cross-functional data team responsible for data migration, quality, ETL and data archival strategy and implementation.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel as needed;
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a focus on being clear and concise;
- Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail;
- Proven experience in driving consensus across multiple stakeholders;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
- Working with vendor SOW project deliverables on their quality and meeting acceptance criteria;
- Providing modeling of the business processes; understand the business need and impacts of proposed solutions;
- Salesforce Admin 101 certification, or higher;
- Strong facilitation skills to elicit requirements from various personalities across organization boundaries including senior executives;
- Demonstrated understanding of basic infrastructure, information security, and system integration concepts;
- Managing the quality and acceptance of vendor analysis and testing SOW deliverables in a project setting;
- Exceptional customer service, communication, analytical and presentations skills;
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
