SEC Reporting Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a SEC Reporting Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing consolidated financial statements and SEC filings;
- Providing support to division finance staff on accounting issues;
- Preparing internal reports and analyses of business operating results;
- Researching accounting/reporting issues and developing support for selected accounting treatments;
- Coordinating the corporate expense budgeting and forecasting processes.
Requirements:
- Detailed oriented and task driven;
- Strong Communication and presentation skills;
- 8 years of relevant experience from public accounting or public tech companies;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience;
- CPA/CA accreditation;
- Experience with 10Q/10K filings;
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and SEC reporting;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
- Experience with enterprise finance software;
- Excellent project management, communication and analytical skills.
