Senior Associate, Product Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Associate, Product Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of credibility with internal and external stakeholders;
- Determines service standards and policies for new product;
- Secure regulatory, legal and compliance approvals for new initiatives;
- Define product vision and OKRs (objective and key results);
- Proven leader, motivator, and effective decision maker enhanced by creativity with a detailed understanding of digital product management;
- Follows and adheres to all governance processes and secures launch approvals;
- Prioritize the product backlog to maximize on business and customer outcomes;
- Ensures a healthy backlog by regularly grooming intent with the team;
- Defines acceptance criteria for work and accepts user stories;

- Drive definition of strategy and success metrics for our digital products and be accountable for the full product lifecycle;
- Acts as the voice of the business and customer for the team;
- Collaborate across teams and the product owner community;
- Talk to customers and users to identify opportunities and uncover untapped needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience;
- At least 2 years of experience in digital product management;
- MBA or Master’s degree;
- At least 1 year of working in an Agile methodology;
- Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making;
- Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
- At least 2 years of Agile product management experience;
- Manage and groom the backlog of stories for assigned agile delivery teams;
- At least 3 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products;
- At least 1 year of experience in digital product management.
