Our company is looking for a Senior Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ideas from CM best practices files and contribute to them, when appropriate;
  • Gather, evaluate and compile data in order to perform initial variance/impact analysis;
  • Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm;
  • Design and build pro formas/financial models;
  • Build and manage client relationships;
  • Draft collateral analysis and report;
  • Oversees multiple valuation and advisory engagements simultaneously;
  • Assumes responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables;
  • Writes complex valuation reports and summarizes analyses and conclusions;
  • Verbally explain/defend in-process and completed work to colleagues and clients in informal and formal settings;
  • Research and draft technical memoranda regarding income, franchise, and sales and use tax questions;
  • Lead the build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using industry leading vendor technologies;
  • Lead presentations of key automation concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders;
  • Support clients in adopting ServiceNow governance, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), migration and testing best practices;
  • Provide advice to clients, in a variety of industries, on import and export matters.

Requirements:

  • Excellent advisory and compliance skills;
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college/university (or bachelor’s degree with requisite hours to pursue CPA certification) or JD/LLM;
  • Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships ,and a solid knowledge of ASC 740;
  • Ability to lead a team;
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to quickly grasp other supporting software tools (i.e., third-party);
  • Oversees multiple valuation and advisory engagements simultaneously;
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical work in writing and verbally;
  • Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services) and working in a SaaS environment;
  • Writes complex valuation reports and summarizes analyses and conclusions;
  • Minimum of 3 years of quantitative analysis and problem solving experience;
  • Minimum three years of prior work experience;
  • Strong interest in solving government resource allocation problems;
  • Assumes responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables;
  • Bachelor’s degree of Accountancy or Masters of Accountancy from an accredited college/university; CPA is preferred;
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
