Our company is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing sustainability performance targets and accompanying strategies and achievement plans;
  • Developing and maintaining data management systems and business intelligence tools;
  • Develop relationships with clients and agency partners to create open lines of communication that achieve common goals and long-term objectives;
  • Developing and maintaining data management systems and business intelligence tools, including building data models;
  • Partner with Tallwave executives on strategies to deepen client relationships and unlock revenue opportunities;
  • Be able to think broadly while simultaneously moving to resolve issues quickly and bring projects to closure;
  • Develop experimental approaches and tools to improve upon our consulting services;
  • Supporting the Director in the growth of the business;
  • Develop recommendations for long-term transformational programs;
  • Planning and executing highly successful PR campaigns;
  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow-up on sales leads;
  • Conducting meetings with clients and new business;
  • Identify gaps and shortcomings, and determine necessary workarounds;
  • Demonstrate knowledge in strategic planning and execution of go-to-market approaches;
  • Conducting one-on-one client engagement regularly.

Requirements:

  • Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills;
  • Professional credentials such as the Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) are preferred;
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or related field;
  • Possess strong financial and operational acumen, as well as analytical skills to challenge best practices;
  • Proficient in standard business technology platform, such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
  • Three years of experience as an Executive Assistant;
  • MBA and a desire for analytical problem solving;
  • Develop documents in Word, PowerPoint or Excel that show excellent command of formatting, fonts and ease of viewing;
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail;
  • Usually remains stationary for the majority of the day;
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills;
  • Develop simple process diagrams that pictorially relate the client’s business processes;
  • 2+ years of management, strategy or change management consulting experience in the life sciences sector;
  • HR Certifications preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
