Our company is looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required;
  • Presents verbal and written results, findings and insights to all levels including the Senior Executive Team;
  • Develops analysis to discover underperforming areas of the website to identify opportunities to improve site performance;
  • Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of MSC’s mission;
  • Onsite and offsite search behavior and trends (SEM/PPC, SEO).

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SEM/PPC and SEO strategy and measurement preferred;
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple business functions;
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, statistical tools);
  • High level of proficiency with tools for data visualization (e.g., Tableau) and data blending (e.g., Alteryx);
  • High level of proficiency with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst), GA360, or IBM Digital Analytics (Coremetrics) is required;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Math or other quantitative field;
  • Experience with GTM;
  • Proficient at analyzing and interpreting data and being open to mentor other analysts from other internal teams;
  • Ability to work independently with high-level direction and willingness to engage with subject matter experts across many disciplines;
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies;
  • Experience with BI platforms (We use Tableau, Google Analytics, and HEAP);
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, and writing performant queries;
  • Innate ability to craft compelling stories with data;
  • 2-5+ years professional (or comparable) analyst experience.
