Our company is looking for a Senior Management Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Client prospecting, needs identification and consultative selling;
- Assessing client needs, writing proposals, determining project plans, managing client expectations and developing client solutions;
- Partnering with Product to ensure field readiness for new Product releases;
- Pipeline utilization, tracking and reporting, managing operating expenses, and championing Deltek policies and procedures;
- Working with our team to price projects, work with our operations team and manage client expectations;
- Consulting and interacting with people at all levels across a client organization;
- Identify business leads and opportunities at current and target clients;
- Working collaboratively with all reporting managers, Delivery and Service Sales to incorporate new consulting tools and standards into practice;
- Working with the PMO, Delivery and Services Sales to position appropriate consultants on customer projects;
- Overseeing multiple client engagements simultaneously;
- Continually develop and improve leadership capabilities to enhance effectiveness internally and externally;
- Managing the employee development process for professionals in the Deltek Global Consulting space;
- Serve as a Career Advocate for assigned counselees, with focus on accurate and fair assessment of their growth and development;
- Delivering presentations, facilitating groups and providing training on various topics;
- Provide strategic advisory services in technical, functional, and/or industry areas.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering large consulting projects and managing complex client relationships;
- 6 to 11 years of consulting experience with infrastructure architecture analysis and design as well as executive level business strategy;
- MBA from an accredited university;
- Must have: Docker, Kubernetes, Ec2, CI/CD pipeline, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and DevOps;
- Strong familiarity with public and private cloud architectures and migration techniques;
- 15 or more years of consulting experience with management and/or operations strategy;
- Familiarity and comfort with technology, software, etc;
- Demonstrated success converting clients and growing relationships;
- Demonstrated success in a consulting capacity.
