Our company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert to the Business Leaders in partnership with the HR Director;
  • Develop strategies based on business plans to enhance attraction of top industry talent;
  • Work closely with HR and Operations to create models to understand the current and future talent needs of the organization;
  • Be an integral part of workforce planning to anticipate future needs and develop strategies to attract talent;
  • Manage the requisition approval process and allocate open requisitions appropriately to external agencies as needed;
  • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to thoroughly understand the company’s hiring goals and plan effectively;
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices;
  • Manage efficient, fast-paced, full cycle recruiting operations which support AppsFlyer’s rapid hiring growth;
  • Provide regular reporting to hiring managers and executive team on the effectiveness of the recruiting funnel and recommend strategies to improve;
  • You will be a player/coach tackling some of our most difficult or specialized technical roles and leadership roles;
  • Provide global strategic direction on sourcing initiatives to find the best talent in the aerospace industry;
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance and promote Transfix’s employment brand;
  • Implement and maximize the investment on in-house tools (e.g. Lever, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Implement strategies and methods to ensure an incredible candidate experience anytime someone interviews at Transfix;
  • Be a brand ambassador for the company, presenting at recruiting events, involvement in social media, and other external opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A successful track record of recruiting management at a rapidly growing tech company;
  • Prior experience working in the mobile advertising, analytics, gaming or entertainment industry is helpful;
  • Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member is a plus;
  • Hands-on experience with relevant social media, conferences, events and recruiting channels;
  • A great sense of fun and an “All-In” attitude;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of cold calling, networking ad public speaking;
  • Demonstrated interest in mobile is strongly preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
  • Strategic thinker who can support and refine an end-to-end recruiting, interviewing and hiring process;
  • Experience in (ad) tech, creative, or startup environment (a plus but not required);
  • 10 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting;
  • Confidence in your sourcing & recruiting skills, able to provide professional guidance to hiring managers with a strong customer service orientation;
  • Current experience as a senior level recruiting manager;
  • Exemplary track record in recruiting for all levels of talent ranging from coordinator level to VP/Executive level;
  • Experience utilizing various recruitment and ATS platforms including but not limited to Linkedin Recruiter, JazzHR or similar ATS software.
