Our company is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Continually optimizeemail and landing page performance through iterative testing and regularmonitoring of deliverability;
  • Provide input and supportcreating and updating standard marketing operating procedures and identifyingprocess improvements;
  • Work with campaignmanagers to identify and rectify day-to-day data quality issues within theoperational processes;
  • Construct views anddashboards for all campaigns, leads, prospects, opportunities, pipeline,contact, account and revenue activities;
  • Maintain BI forecasting tool for individual Brand Teams to assist and facilitate in accurate quarter closes and LE submissions;
  • All Novant Health team members are responsible for fostering a safe patient environment driven by the principles of “First Do No Harm”;
  • Collaborate with global marketing managers and associates to develop and repurpose campaigns based on the needs of the market;
  • Develop and maintain Sinto America websites and social media;

  • Work with shop leaders to educate and train with effective local Marketing strategies;

  • Maintains all product information and databases including photos, videos, presentations, and other marketing content;

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience developing and executing B2B marketing programs covering multiple channels;
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing strategy and tactics;
  • Excellent copywriting, creative skills and marketing content creation;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship building, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to manage projects with overall brand strategy in-mind;
  • Experience project-managing PR, marketing and design efforts;
  • Experience with social media and content marketing, visual merchandising, website management (WordPress), web analytics and email marketing platforms;
  • Ability to prioritize and speak truthfully regarding projects to all internal and external team members;
  • Authorization to work in the United States;
  • Experience working in the growth phase of an organization;
  • Additional Skills Preferred: Working knowledge of digital data delivery mechanisms, APIs, FTPS, File drops, SQL, AMP Script;
  • Must pass background check;
  • Experience with, and passion for, creating amazing in-store experiences;
  • Passion for ice cream;
  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree Required Master’s Degree Preferred MBA or MHA.
