Our company is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team.


  • Address ambiguous problems and formulate hypotheses into actionable and well-designed experiments;
  • Partner with Engineering to optimize data quality;
  • Proactively explore data and identify opportunities to help accelerate product development or improve existing products;
  • Partner cross-functionally with our Product and Engineering teams, build a rapport and be a trusted advisor to team members;
  • Provides guidance to more junior analysts;
  • Boils nuanced technical findings down into concise business recommendations;
  • Designs and evaluates experiments to test the success of product features;
  • Defines and owns metrics that capture the spirit of business objectives as closely as possible;
  • Works with product managers, engineers, designers, and other analysts to drive business results;
  • Prioritizes the must have requirements of a project and executes on them quickly;
  • Identifies potential product improvements and quantifies upsides of possible features;
  • Assist product manager in defining product strategy for a specific area of the business;
  • Works with engineers and other analysts to maintain the consistency and reliability of the data warehouse.


  • Must be self-motivated, goal-driven and results-oriented; must be able to perform with limited guidance and direction;
  • Familiarity with medical device terminology as well as anatomical and physiological terminology is required;
  • Experienced, practical knowledge of running A/B tests;
  • Ability to run A/B test results in Python;
  • Familiar with the basics of dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and version control;
  • Experience with forecasting and propensity models;
  • Unabashed question asker; willing to learn anything needed to get things done;
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics;
  • 3+ years of analytics or data science experience in a business environment;
  • Coding experience in Python;
  • You don’t feel fulfilled unless a stakeholder is utilizing your recommendations;
  • You understand the balance between investment and impact and can prioritize work appropriately;
  • Familiarity with a scripting language like Python or R;
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, and/or data-driven product management;
  • You’re familiar with cohort analysis, LTV, churn, funnel analysis, etc.
