Our company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Present updates on strategy and results to leadership;
  • Improve our new customer onboarding experience;
  • Create and socialize your vision for how we use technology to grow our customer base;
  • Identify actionable opportunities to improve the funnel and onboarding performance through A/B testing and analysis and best practices;
  • Advocate for the goPuff customer and be responsible for ensuring the customer is at the forefront of all product decisions;
  • Identify and build, analyze and refine new growth levers that can help increase user acquisition, conversion and retention;
  • Improve our referral program capabilities;
  • Optimize our customer registration funnel to get more new customers to sign-up after they download our app;
  • Introduce features to encourage more customers to share their positive experiences from our goPuff service and brand;
  • Optimize the onboarding flow so that users are set up for success within the product;
  • Optimize existing organic acquisition funnels across web and app clients;
  • Introduce features to encourage customers to order more frequently;
  • Introduce features to re-engage our inactive or churned customers;
  • Own our 7-day retention strategy, from driving users into our service through onboarding, and the first 7-day experience;
  • Make data-driven decisions and work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • A/B & multivariate testing experience;
  • Highly disciplined and organized, self-motivated, looking for growth;
  • Highly analytical with strong skills and judgment to break down challenging problems and come up with solutions;
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • You’re not just repeating a playbook; you’re looking at every problem with fresh eyes and digging deep for insights and solutions;
  • Preferably proficient with SQL;
  • Great communication skills and a strong desire to learn;
  • Experience with Email + Push platforms (e.g. Responsys, Exact Target, Braze, Leanplum, Urban Airship) is a plus but not required.
