Our company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of platform and network engineers who design and architect Virtual Network Services and Manage Network Services products;
  • Develops forecasts for supply chain as well as revenue planning w/ sales directors;
  • Work with cross-functional team members to plan and execute the go-to-market strategy of completed features;
  • Develop, present, and refine business cases for future development;
  • Live and Breathe customer adoption and customer success;
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities;
  • Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development team;
  • Study the competitive landscape from a strategic business and go-to-market perspective;
  • Drive innovation through customer engagement and market research;
  • Manage product launches including alpha and beta programs;
  • Collaborate in RFI/RFP responses;
  • Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases;
  • Define and manage product roadmap, setting expectations with all relevant stakeholders;
  • Facilitate conversations between technology and multiple business stakeholders to prioritize backlog features;
  • Translate business requirements into use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Jira.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Minimum 7 years experience in a program/project leadership role, managing budgets and ensuring implementation;
  • Experience as a product manager accountable for delivery with at least 10 software professionals with a duration of greater than one year;
  • A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, computer science, mathematics or qualified work experience is also considered;
  • Exposure in market research analyzing trends and opportunities;
  • Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for minimal interface design;
  • High level of comfort communicating across large organizations and diverse business units;
  • Experience with product development life-cycle, process flows and working in an agile environment;
  • Strong intuition for product interaction design and user experience;
  • Experience in high-volume, transaction-based technology business;
  • 5+ years’ work experience with direct management of Product Management teams;
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills;
