Our company is looking for a Senior Project Manager – Healthcare to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop company goals and objectives on an annual basis;
  • Maintains a positive work environment where open communication is encouraged;
  • Reviews and manage all documentation processes such as, purchase orders, submittals, RFI, schedules, change orders, closeouts and contracts;
  • Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies;
  • Scheduling and coordinating of multiple team members;
  • Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings;
  • Well versed in client communication and reporting;
  • Presents and communicates well in front of clients and able to maintain and grow client relationships;
  • Documentation review including contracts, change requests, change orders and compliance with contract documents;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Serve as the hub for operational execution of a new technical platform;
  • Strong negotiating skills across the spectrum of the design and construction industry;
  • New greenfield or large tower expansions preferred with backfill renovation;
  • Fluent in typical office software and construction software such as Primavera and eBuilder;
  • Construction Management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction;
  • Prior experience in electrical estimating;
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Viewpoint, Cosential and McCormick);
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • 5+ years’ experience in a project management role;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or similar;
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills;
  • Integrated design and LEED guidelines is necessary;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively take action;
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems and sustainability;
  • IPD process understanding is preferred.
