Our company is looking for a Senior Project Manager – Healthcare to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop company goals and objectives on an annual basis;
- Maintains a positive work environment where open communication is encouraged;
- Reviews and manage all documentation processes such as, purchase orders, submittals, RFI, schedules, change orders, closeouts and contracts;
- Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies;
- Scheduling and coordinating of multiple team members;
- Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings;
- Well versed in client communication and reporting;
- Presents and communicates well in front of clients and able to maintain and grow client relationships;
- Documentation review including contracts, change requests, change orders and compliance with contract documents;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Serve as the hub for operational execution of a new technical platform;
- Strong negotiating skills across the spectrum of the design and construction industry;
- New greenfield or large tower expansions preferred with backfill renovation;
- Fluent in typical office software and construction software such as Primavera and eBuilder;
- Construction Management.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction;
- Prior experience in electrical estimating;
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Viewpoint, Cosential and McCormick);
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- 5+ years’ experience in a project management role;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or similar;
- Ability to demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills;
- Integrated design and LEED guidelines is necessary;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively take action;
- Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems and sustainability;
- IPD process understanding is preferred.
