Our company is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requisition requirements and develop sourcing strategies targeting local, high-performing sales candidates;
  • Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process;
  • Utilize behavioral, functional and value-based interviewing techniques to screen and vet candidates, provide real-time feedback to hiring managers;
  • Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing passive candidates;
  • Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams;
  • Drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity as well as data integrity and reporting;
  • Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible;
  • Conduct phone screens using Zoom Video interviews and consult with management in the selection and assessment process;
  • Ability to organize and analyze data and draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, more efficient and to influence decisions;
  • Drive offer approval, extension and negotiation;
  • Comfortable working on salary and package negotiations with sophisticated candidates across the US;
  • Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process;
  • Build processes and programs that will help the talent team scale its efforts for years to come;

Requirements:

  • Proficient with an ATS (preferably Greenhouse);
  • While in-house experience is preferred, coming from an agency will not be excluded as a successful background;
  • Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.);
  • Outgoing, competitive, and positive personalities a huge plus;
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent;
  • BA or BS degree preferred;
  • Ability to manage multiple systems (ATS, CRM, etc.) and adhere to compliance and procedural requirements without errors and rework;
  • Proven Talent Advisor skills and ability to consult and be seen as a credible advocate for candidates as well as trusted advisor for the business;
  • BA/BS Degree required;
  • 2+ years of sales recruiting experience;
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and excellent follow through;
  • Solid industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, conferences, etc;
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience for fast growing startup with high standards;
  • 5+ years of sales recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement, and closing strategies;
  • Experience building out recruiting process and procedure at an early stage company (preferred).
