Our company is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Get Things Done. All said and done, you deliver the goods;
  • Proactively source candidates (active and passive) through referrals, networking, innovative research tactics and internal databases;
  • Partner with hiring managers, interviewing teams, and senior leadership on hiring initiatives;
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate all pieces of an offer package;
  • Establish and build trust with hiring teams and important stakeholders to maintain a great working relationship;
  • Streamline existing recruiting processes and maintain a high close rate.

Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree and you’ve had experience doing both recruitment and helping to build and improve the recruiting function;
  • You’ve been doing this for at least 5-7 years. And you love working on teams with diverse groups of people;
  • You’re a really great recruiter and you’re looking to take on the next challenge;
  • You’ve probably had experience in both the staffing industry and in corporate settings;
  • Ability to proactively source top talent, gain candidate interest and pitch candidates on DoubleVerify’s mission, values and goals;
  • A minimum of 5-7 years experience managing a full-cycle recruitment process;
  • You’ve probably had experience in both the staffing industry and in corporate settings;
  • Knowledge of Adtech industry a huge plus;
  • Ability to negotiate compensation packages and close candidates.
