Our company is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team.


  • Manage inventory flow of all incoming and outgoing customer returns, warranties and replacements for customer resolution;
  • Actively and expertly collaborate with business and engineering teams on innovative solutions, requirements, scope, and project deliverables;
  • Improve in-store presence of Wahoo products through enhanced merchandising and increased product distribution;
  • Proactively identify and communicate project issues and risks;
  • Support the finance team in Atlanta ensuring accounts are current and within terms and when necessary helping effect payment;
  • Be the key communication point to coordinate tasks between team members in U.S., U.K and Japan;
  • Assisting in affiliate program reporting and billing functions;
  • Support our Wahoo specialist retail partners in the areas of marketing, technical support and sales;
  • Provide regular updates on the status of all projects;
  • You work closely with Wahoo’s Country Manager DACH to help the existing network of retailers increase sales and brand awareness;
  • Work closely with Wahoo’s distributors to ensure their dealer network upholds the premium brand values and reputation of Wahoo;
  • Agree targets with customers, tracking regularly and holding owners to account, and putting in place any corrective actions;
  • Maintain regular contact with key retail stores through email, phone and store visits;
  • Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports;
  • Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters.

  • Agile Scrum Master certification;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering with equivalent experience;
  • Strong Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, Jira /Confluence skills;
  • 2+ years experience with Magento 1,9 Front End Development;
  • Knowledge of responsive design concepts and best practices of UX/UI design and development as it pertains to eCommerce.
