Our company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining engagement with candidates;
  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders;
  • Source, develop and assess the profiles of candidates and manage them through the Clients interview process, negotiating & closing offers;
  • Helping implement a high touch recruiting process that ensures candidate and client satisfaction;
  • High level of interaction with client hiring managers; including but not limited to intake calls and interview coordination;
  • Ensure strong data integrity and recruiting metrics are documented;
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers;
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process;

  • Ensure a positive end-to-end interview experience for all candidates;
  • Partner with hiring managers to build and improve recruiting processes and develop sourcing strategies for each of your roles;

Requirements:

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
  • Adept at recruiting for all technical functions at all levels;
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferably with Bullhorn;
  • Possess highly developed strategic and consultative skills coupled with an ability to respond to conflicting demands and challenges;
  • Referrals;
  • Targeted cold calling;
  • Motivation to find the absolute best talent instead of merely filling in a role;
  • Able to provide strong examples and metrics of your tech hiring quotas;
  • 3-5+ years experience in recruiting or recruiting management experience;
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
  • Participation on client meetings and calls as needed to help secure and qualify new business and build personal professional network;
  • Bachelor’s Degree ( Master’s is a plus );
  • Proven, hands-on experience, sourcing and recruiting senior engineering talent;
  • 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition role, with a high emphasis on technical and engineering roles;
  • 2-4+ years of successful tech recruiting experience in a high-volume, innovative environment.
