Our company is looking for a Service Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes leadership skills to motivate office support management and field personnel. Manages existing and future business programs and processes;
  • Manages strategic customer base, strategic projects, target customers and handles assignments relating to projects or service request assigned;
  • Attend and conduct meetings as required;
  • Identifies and/or addresses and eliminates potential obstacles to the timely completion of projects and service request or service agreements;
  • Works with ConCor Networks Sales personnel, Project Engineers, Project Managers, and possibly other EMCOR companies when required or requested;
  • 35% Multi-task communication on all service orders (customers direct, 3rd party, internal);
  • Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established;
  • Prepares customer billings to include collection of work order tickets and pricing on a weekly basis;
  • 35% Project completion, including but not limited to;
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license;
  • Maintains ConCor Networks company reports as required;
  • Following up with customers and provide verification of completion;
  • Understanding and implementing customer contracts/pricing/SLAs, etc;
  • Oversees the daily operation of construction and/or service teams for the office(s) assigned;
  • Complies with pre-employment drug testing requirements.
