Our company is looking for a Site Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates operational goals to ensure compliance with the client’s requirements;
  • The mental ability to read/comprehend, write, perform calculations, communicate orally (English), reason and analyze;
  • Ensure conformance with Semi-Annual Client Survey;
  • Works side-by-side with other metrology services personnel as necessary to insure on time deliveries and customer satisfaction;
  • Must ensure the site meets the guidelines established by the Zeiss Quality Management System and passes the scrutiny of auditors;
  • Prepares the technical content for proposals (including cost) such that the sales managers can deliver quotes within 24 hours of request;
  • Over time develops & executes a plan to achieve and maintain A2LA lab accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025;
  • Writing and balancing daily bank deposits;
  • Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to corporate;
  • Interact daily with employee team members to provide support and on-the-job training;
  • Complete all online management and leadership training and development;
  • Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation;
  • Ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis;
  • Recruit hire, train and deploy a capable work force;
  • Scheduling associate shifts based on customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • The mental ability to read/comprehend, write, perform calculations, communicate orally (English), reason and analyze;
  • Strong computer skills and affinity for computer aided data analysis products;
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates;
  • Must pass drug screen, background check and complete a short assessment;
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn independently to find solutions to potential customer’s problems;
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook required);
  • At least 3 years of related experiences;
  • Excellent aptitude in estimating rates and adding and subtracting mentally while constantly multi-tasking;
  • Familiarity with electronic timekeeping systems;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills;
  • Knowledge of applicable trade areas;
  • Must be able to pass all security screenings to obtain access to customer’s facility;
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs;
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills;
  • Good MS Word and MS Excel skills.
