Sr. Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sr. Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing ad hoc support to the client post go-live;
- Supporting/Leading initial project scoping and implementation roadmap development;
- Own – in tandem with a client peer – the overall project planning, delivery, and progress;
- Mentor both client and Vuealta team members to ensure the development of skills and capabilities;
- Supporting/Leading the design and build of Anaplan models, ensuring that these are created with the end user in mind;
- Assists management in creating estimates and proposals for clients in order to have a better understanding of the proposal process;
- Define and manage the scope of assigned projects and all associated resources;
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required;
- Must be effective working in teams or independently to accomplish project objectives;
- Travel potential of at least 2 weeks or more per month;
- Provide technical guidance and escalation to deployment team;
- Support Nuvera growth and development by actively participating in and driving internal efforts;
- A customer service or support background is desired;
- Unified Communications (UC) configuration and troubleshooting;
- Industry certification is desired: CCNP Collaboration.
Requirements:
- Initiative: Requires the drive to go above and beyond in order to improve or enhance job results;
- Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple concurrent tasks is required;
- Consulting knowledge to prepare deliverables and communicate effectively;
