Sr. Product Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the web-platform rebuild project by partnering with technology and other key stakeholders, including third party vendors;
- Define and execute go-to-market plans, in coordination with operations and marketing;
- Work closely with the UI/UX graphic design team to create the designs needed for projects;
- Working with product marketing to develop a company-wide go-to-market plan;
- Translate business requirements into use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Jira;
- Driving customer research;
- Own the market opportunity and addressable market of your product portfolio;
- Responsible for defining user needs, identifying gaps, features enhancements and opportunities;
- Conducts analysis to measure the results of feature deployments to quantify the business benefit/impact, and identify further business opportunities;
- Maintain comprehensive and detailed knowledge of all products within the assigned product family, as well as organization policies and practices;
- Constantly analyzes, questions and interprets data; breaks data down to the lowest level to truly understand its meaning and impact;
- Participate in the product feature planning process; ensure that the product feature set meets the requirements of customers and the marketplace;
- Responsibilities may include managing other team members;
- Partner with a team of front-end and back-end engineers to scale one or many software products;
- Participate in cross-functional projects by providing support and hands-on execution throughout the project from inception to delivery.
Requirements:
- Polished communication skills including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior executives, partners and customer stakeholders;
- Managing product backlog, user stories and cross-product dependencies;
- Meaningful work experience in online advertising, business management and/or product development;
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred;
- 2+ years of experience and passion for mobile and consumer technology;
- Understanding of Display advertising a plus;
- Managing traditional agile responsibilities of a product owner;
- Attention to detail with a strong action-oriented attitude;
- Experience in the healthcare field or adjacent industries required, pharmaceutical industry;
