Our company is looking for a Sr. Technical Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • lead and create meeting agendas and schedules,
  • and help organize a fun, productive and happy engineering work culture;
  • create and manage all systematic workflows,
  • track all deliverables and coordinate all engineering action items,
  • identify underspecified tickets and apply different metrics based on where in the project timeplan the ticket stands,
  • help handle all IT needs of the engineering team with the help of the IT team,
  • and facilitate validation and distribution together with all Engineering teams;
  • act as a release manager for all engineering tasks,
  • define release in project management tool (collection issues that needs to be release),
  • work on the release: Branching, Release Notes / Documentation, Providing distributable files,
  • and generate reports regarding project and team status for stakeholders and Team Leads;
  • to manage all projects for the engineering team,
  • lead and schedule all meetings,
  • and help provide as much information and recorded content as possible for asynchronous meetings;
  • to help decide with Team Leads and stakeholders on release data and scope,

Requirements:

  • Provide project oversight, guidance and reporting to ensure the timely integration and deployment of QRC technology;
  • Coordinate across the community to define capability gaps, provide guidance and recommendations on capability investments;
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports;
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives;
  • Assess end user SIGINT capabilities;
  • Analyze and assist in the establishment of performance and design characteristics;
  • Assist in defining and refining requirements;
  • self-motivated, comfortable operating without direct supervision,
  • 2+ years of project management or other relevant experience,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail is a must;
  • proven experience working with engineering teams of at least 15 people,
  • and being a team player;
  • A get things done attitude;
  • some coding experience is a plus,
