Our company is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned;
  • Act as a consultative, recruitment subject matter expert by applying best practices for full recruitment lifecycle and strategic talent acquisition;
  • Represent Company for recruiting purposes at identified networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc;
  • Facilitate the end to end recruitment process; including recruit/source, interview, selection and on boarding of new hires;
  • Review and analyzes active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions;
  • Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent;
  • Update job boards accordingly;
  • Understand Technology, Technical Roles, and Technical Skills;
  • Job/ Career Fairs – Possess a motivated & competitive attitude with the ability to work individually and in a team environment;
  • Manage requisition activity and candidate status within the applicant tracking system(iCIMS) and SuccessFactors for offers;
  • Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends;
  • Comfortably present and promote our technology and our engineering culture;
  • Extend offers of employment within company procedures;
  • Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process;
  • Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience engaging high-potential prospects through targeted sourcing and cold calling;
  • Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match;
  • Extensive experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans;
  • A strong business acumen with the ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structure;
  • Excellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels;
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels;
  • Work with little direction or supervision;
  • Knowledge of enterprise-wide Applicant Tracking systems and proven experience working in a results measured environment;
  • Proven ability to support/interact and advise senior level management;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing;
  • Strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills;
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, persuasion, facilitation and influencing skills;
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems;
  • Be able to work in a result driven environment;
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand, explain and evaluate job requirements for Engineering roles.
