Our company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a high degree of accuracy and organization to minimize errors;
- Responsible for the accurate reporting of employment-related data via excel spreadsheets;
- Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing patterns are maintained;
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client;
- Responds to emergency situations;
- Work with recruiting agencies when needed;

- placing job ads in various online channels;
- Responsible for maintaining schedules and all records pertaining to nursing staff schedules;
- The successful team member has a commitment to leveraging diversity and inclusion in support of quality care;
- Monitors overtime and initiates necessary actions to keep overtime at a minimum;
- evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria;
- Maintains records of personnel absence and tardiness for nursing services;
- Transporting client to appointments;
- Ultimately, you will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of Programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
- Ability to learn point of Sales system and reports;
- Possess exceptional organizational skills and follow-through and be comfortable utilizing various technologies and computer programs;
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check (national, state and county), Motor Vehicle Record Check, Employment Verification, and Drug Test;
- Must always present a positive and professional business image;
- Two years of related experience in an office environment;
- Ability to work at a high level of confidentiality and experience handling PII and PHI;
- Long term care/health care staff scheduling experience;
- Requires independent judgment, good organizational, problem solving and time management skills;
- Detail oriented;
- 2 years of work experience in the health industry;
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not essential;
- All individuals must have a clean criminal record & a valid I.D;
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed;
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
