Our company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a high degree of accuracy and organization to minimize errors;
  • Responsible for the accurate reporting of employment-related data via excel spreadsheets;
  • Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing patterns are maintained;
  • Reporting changes in the health or status of the client;
  • Responds to emergency situations;
  • Work with recruiting agencies when needed;

  • placing job ads in various online channels;
  • Responsible for maintaining schedules and all records pertaining to nursing staff schedules;
  • The successful team member has a commitment to leveraging diversity and inclusion in support of quality care;
  • Monitors overtime and initiates necessary actions to keep overtime at a minimum;
  • evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria;
  • Maintains records of personnel absence and tardiness for nursing services;
  • Transporting client to appointments;
  • Ultimately, you will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Basic Knowledge of Programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
  • Ability to learn point of Sales system and reports;
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills and follow-through and be comfortable utilizing various technologies and computer programs;
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check (national, state and county), Motor Vehicle Record Check, Employment Verification, and Drug Test;
  • Must always present a positive and professional business image;
  • Two years of related experience in an office environment;
  • Ability to work at a high level of confidentiality and experience handling PII and PHI;
  • Long term care/health care staff scheduling experience;
  • Requires independent judgment, good organizational, problem solving and time management skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • 2 years of work experience in the health industry;
  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not essential;
  • All individuals must have a clean criminal record & a valid I.D;
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed;
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
