Talent Acquisition Lead Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Understands legal requirements while interviewing, may help conduct interview training to managers;
- Monitors job offers and compensation competitiveness and practices;
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs;
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications;
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews;
- Attracts applicants by postings, and using LinkedIn, and other networks and job sites;
- Commitment to supporting workplace diversity and working with our internal Inclusion group on inclusive hiring initiatives;
- Oversee key vendor relationships (third party recruiting agencies, and other TA suppliers);
- Partner with functional management teams to source, interview, and refer applicants;
- Provide guidance on the recruiting process, reporting and systems to HR Business Partners;
- Partner with high schools and technical colleges, Workforce Development and other agencies in the recruitment of production team members.
Requirements:
- Phone, Zoom, Skype, and online meeting platform skills;
- Working knowledge of Greenhouse ATS;
- Recruiting and interviewing skills;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting- Public Relations industry preferred;
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills;
- Familiarity with relevant employment law.
