Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands legal requirements while interviewing, may help conduct interview training to managers;
  • Monitors job offers and compensation competitiveness and practices;
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs;
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications;
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews;
  • Attracts applicants by postings, and using LinkedIn, and other networks and job sites;
  • Commitment to supporting workplace diversity and working with our internal Inclusion group on inclusive hiring initiatives;
  • Oversee key vendor relationships (third party recruiting agencies, and other TA suppliers);
  • Partner with functional management teams to source, interview, and refer applicants;
  • Provide guidance on the recruiting process, reporting and systems to HR Business Partners;
  • Partner with high schools and technical colleges, Workforce Development and other agencies in the recruitment of production team members.

Requirements:

  • Phone, Zoom, Skype, and online meeting platform skills;
  • Working knowledge of Greenhouse ATS;
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting- Public Relations industry preferred;
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills;
  • Familiarity with relevant employment law.
