Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of company HR policies, procedures and programs as well as employment law including federal, state, and local as appropriate;
  • Organize, lead, and document post-interview feedback and communicate with interview teams and candidates;
  • Effectively manage the vendor relationships and process for contingent searches via third party agencies;
  • Assist with other HR and Talent Acquisition projects, as needed. Support other TABPs during peak hiring periods;
  • Prepare candidates for their interviews by providing detailed information about the company, job expectations, and company/brand culture.

Requirements:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • Undergraduate degree desired;
  • Strong consulting, relationship management, and negotiation skills are required. Must possess a strong business acumen and aptitude for technology;
  • High level of professionalism and executive presence required;
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills, to include direct sourcing and cold calling of passive candidates;
  • Recruiting certification is a plus (CDR, ACIR, CIR, etc), HR Certification is a plus (PHR, SPHR, GPHR);
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • At least 8 years of experience in recruiting;
  • Must possess solid written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal capabilities, and strong presentation experience;
  • Expertise in attracting, selling, and negotiating the opportunity to work for one of the world’s most innovative car companies;
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency;
  • Strong business acumen and a positive work vibe with the team;
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience required;
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
