Responsibilities:
- Lead regular compensation analyses and reporting across all business units;
- Executes job specific sourcing strategies through calling campaigns, email, job boards and any other available channels and technologies;
- Work directly with staffing agencies on recruiting and employee relations for temporary personnel;
- Sources, screens, and recommends candidates for assigned positions;

- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience;
- 5 to 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an HR consulting or technical services environment;
- 1-3 years recruiting/sourcing experience for IT candidates;
- Work directly with staffing agencies on recruiting and employee relations for temporary personnel;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Ability to handle stressful and sensitive situations with tact, professionalism and confidentiality;
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent;
- Negotiation: Expert;
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time within state;
- Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment processes, recruitment strategies are necessary;
- 3+ years experience in an in-house or agency recruitment position, servicing technical and non-technical roles;
