Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead regular compensation analyses and reporting across all business units;
  • Executes job specific sourcing strategies through calling campaigns, email, job boards and any other available channels and technologies;
  • Work directly with staffing agencies on recruiting and employee relations for temporary personnel;
  • Sources, screens, and recommends candidates for assigned positions;
  • Strives to position the company as an “employer of choice” and facilitate a world class recruiting experience for candidates;

Requirements:

  • Significant experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, HRIS’s, and other recruiting tools;
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience;
  • 5 to 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an HR consulting or technical services environment;
  • 1-3 years recruiting/sourcing experience for IT candidates;
  • Work directly with staffing agencies on recruiting and employee relations for temporary personnel;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Ability to handle stressful and sensitive situations with tact, professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent;
  • Negotiation: Expert;
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time within state;
  • Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment processes, recruitment strategies are necessary;
  • 3+ years experience in an in-house or agency recruitment position, servicing technical and non-technical roles;
  • Ability to build relationships, recruit candidates and make selection decisions;
  • Detail oriented;
