Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions;
  • Lead and execute special projects and training programs, under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Director;
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation;
  • Utilize a variety of sources for passive and active candidate recruitment;
  • Assist with coordination and execution of on-site interviews;
  • Maintain requisition and applicant data in Kenexa Brass Ring ATS;
  • Assist in preparing and sending offer packages;
  • Close out requisitions and send notifications to applicants;
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews;
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
  • Conduct ongoing critique of current practices and constantly seeks/implements new approaches to improve productivity and effectiveness;
  • Reacts to change as a positive challenge and translates it into opportunities;
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs);
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
