Our company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with CID Team to create Interface and Process Standards;
  • Provide technical review on Interface RFDs;
  • Verify Data and Queries within each product;
  • Help troubleshoot issues;
  • Evaluate product mapping according to specifications;
  • Collaborate with PMs to integrate data mapping strategies;
  • Confers with area/department to analyze current operational procedures and trends and identify problems;
  • Research, evaluate and assess the financial impact of issues identified in data/processes;
  • Partner with key clients to help define a well-rounded product scope and priorities;
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;
  • Manage project lifecycle and apply Agile best practices to commit to quality deliverables;
  • Work in coordination with Customer Success Managers to expand customer adoption of the application;
  • Follow defined processes and procedures;
  • Coordinate with Client Services Team members to ensure adherence to SLA requirements;
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to work through technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills particularly in SQL, Java Script, XML, JSON;
  • Work with multiple data sources and data sets. Multitasking is required;
  • Personal qualities include good communication and expert technical writing skills, the ability to think abstractly, and excellent critical thinking;
  • Knowledge leading joint application development (JAD) sessions;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & SQL Programming Experience;
  • Knowledge creating processing diagrams, including “to-be” and current state analysis;
  • Knowledge performing detailed analysis of software/systems;
  • Knowledge of using design tools (e.g., Axure);
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
  • Solution Architecture Definition;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role within IT, utilizing Financial or ERP business applications;
  • Work with little supervision and manage time and priorities in a demanding environment;
  • System Design, Test Planning & Design;
  • Work well independently and in a team environment;
  • Creating test plans.
