Our company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contract) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and lead events that will develop Drago’s employment brand;
- Screen candidates for sales roles as well as other engineering roles that may arise;
- Establish and support the recruiting processes at Dragos;
- Work closely with the hiring managers and HR team to help define & support their needs;
- Maintain and improve the ATS.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Knowledge of benefits, compensation, and legal requirements for US and Canada;
- Experience in security a bonus;
- Great selling and closing skills;
- Experience building and developing pipelines of qualified, diversity candidates;
- Experience with innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of top-tier talent;
- Experience in recruitment of Sales and Pre-Sales Engineers (a must);
- Experience supporting hiring managers, from providing feedback to coaching.
