Our company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contract) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead events that will develop Drago’s employment brand;
  • Screen candidates for sales roles as well as other engineering roles that may arise;
  • Establish and support the recruiting processes at Dragos;
  • Work closely with the hiring managers and HR team to help define & support their needs;
  • Maintain and improve the ATS.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Knowledge of benefits, compensation, and legal requirements for US and Canada;
  • Experience in security a bonus;
  • Great selling and closing skills;
  • Experience building and developing pipelines of qualified, diversity candidates;
  • Experience with innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of top-tier talent;
  • Experience in recruitment of Sales and Pre-Sales Engineers (a must);
  • Experience supporting hiring managers, from providing feedback to coaching.
