Our company is looking for a Tenant Services Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Budget Management;

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail;
- Leads and schedules new tenant orientations;
- Follow-up on daily tenant service requests (e.g. service calls and special service requests);
- Conduct multiple janitorial walks weekly in conjunction with vendor and internal teams;
- Set up and maintain tenant lease files;
- Acts as liaison for tenants;
- Manage vendor-related documentation, which includes routing Non-Disclosure Agreements, archiving agreements, and submitting internal approvals;
- Participate in retailer inspections and retail-PM meetings;
- Answer incoming calls and provide information to callers;
- Assist the property management team to deliver consistently high-quality service across the portfolio;
- Coordinate tenant move-in/outs, facilitate completion of any punch list items and distribute checklist to management team.
Requirements:
- Strong initiative and customer service orientation;
- P&L responsibility and budgetary experience;
- Experience with Accounts payable & receivable;
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field from an accredited institution;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- BA/BS in related field;
- Professional demeanor;
- 1-2 years’ current administrative experience preferably in commercial real estate;
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or currently enrolled with two years completed;
- Two or more years professional work experience, with office/administrative experience strongly preferred;
- Strong computer skills;
- 1-2 years’ current administrative experience; commercial real estate a plus;
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills;
- Basic accounting skills.
