Our company is looking for a Tenant Services Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management;

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Leads and schedules new tenant orientations;
  • Follow-up on daily tenant service requests (e.g. service calls and special service requests);
  • Conduct multiple janitorial walks weekly in conjunction with vendor and internal teams;
  • Set up and maintain tenant lease files;
  • Acts as liaison for tenants;
  • Manage vendor-related documentation, which includes routing Non-Disclosure Agreements, archiving agreements, and submitting internal approvals;
  • Participate in retailer inspections and retail-PM meetings;
  • Answer incoming calls and provide information to callers;
  • Assist the property management team to deliver consistently high-quality service across the portfolio;
  • Coordinate tenant move-in/outs, facilitate completion of any punch list items and distribute checklist to management team.

Requirements:

  • Strong initiative and customer service orientation;
  • P&L responsibility and budgetary experience;
  • Experience with Accounts payable & receivable;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field from an accredited institution;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • BA/BS in related field;
  • Professional demeanor;
  • 1-2 years’ current administrative experience preferably in commercial real estate;
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or currently enrolled with two years completed;
  • Two or more years professional work experience, with office/administrative experience strongly preferred;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • 1-2 years’ current administrative experience; commercial real estate a plus;
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills;
  • Basic accounting skills.
