Our company is looking for a Client Advocate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively;
  • Escalate service requests that require engineer level support;
  • Fast turnaround of customer requests;
  • Enter all work as service tickets into ConnectWise;
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occurs;
  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction;
  • Light project coordination between NOC and Client;
  • Make contact with prospective clients;
  • Visit businesses, local companies, storefronts, real estate offices, etc. delivering cards/sales literature;
  • Facilitate consultations for prospective clients in efforts to determine the size of the client’s job/needs;
  • Explain what distinguishes Sir Junk from other competitors;
  • Thoroughly outline our service and how we can help with any junk removal needs;
  • Establish business relationships; note locations and contact names, phone numbers and/or emails.

Requirements:

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work;
  • Light to moderate lifting is required.
