Corporate Communications Intern Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Corporate Communications Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative ideas for communicating news and information to company stakeholders;
- Assist in implementing and planning, company communication events;
- Prepare and distribute communications templates to management for use in sharing corporate information with employees;
- Conduct company-wide interviews for corporate communications, draft stories and assist in the production of company-wide electronic publication;
- Draft web content for intranet and use SharePoint to publish content;
- Take photo shoots of company events and as needed;
- Proofread documents to ensure consistent messaging is clear;
- Create content that motivates and informs employees of important issues, accomplishments, and events involving the company;
- Write draft documents for internal audiences in line with the company’s editorial calendar and communication needs;
- Internship may also involve corporate branding and collateral assignments;
- Write and edit articles for retailer-facing intranet;
- Assist in developing communication plans for various Corporate projects, programs and initiatives;
- Participating in the communication planning for the 2020 Ace Fall Convention;
- Provide video production and event communication support;
- Write and edit articles for employee-facing intranet.
