Our company is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team.

  • Criminal Background Check Clearance;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent;
  • Successful completion of the credentialing from BCI’s contracting agency;
  • Proof of Negative Tuberculosis Screening;
  • Implement treatment plans developed by BCBA;
  • Create accurate and thorough therapy notes;
  • Record acquisition and maintenance data;
  • Participate in individual and group trainings led by BCBA;
  • Record behavior data;
  • Generate treatment plans for use in a variety of settings;
  • Be willing to participate in company training;
  • Data gathering and electronic record keeping.

Requirements:

  • State clearances;
  • Experience working in schools and with children preferred;
  • Strong written and communication skills;
  • Well organized and detail oriented;
  • Confidentiality and experience working with children;
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and a good driving record;
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • At minimum have afternoon availability, ideally between 3 PM – 7 PM, Monday – Friday;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Must maintain highest standard of ethics;
  • 1+ year(s) as a Registered Behavior Technician;
  • at least 18 years old;
  • Must be able to pass a background check;
  • Current DL;
  • Background providing care to children.
