Residential Advisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Residential Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with families of students as required to resolve problems and assure the well being of students;
- Perform duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, emergencies and terminations for assigned shift;
- Maintain required records and update CIS information on students on a regular and timely basis;
- Function as center duty officer (CDO) as assigned;
- Facilitate Career Success Standards (CSS) group sessions for students and provide guidance in CSS development; maintain documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and ownership of or ready access to an insured vehicle, as well as a clear driving record;
- One year’s experience working with high risk adolescents, preferably in a residential setting;
- Associates degree or at least 60 hours of college credits.
