- Facilitate builds in accordance with the release calendar;
- Partner and collaborate closely with matrixed FI Reporting Product Team to implement the product strategy and roadmap;
- Foster teamwork and spirit of collaboration and commitment within the project team;
- Problem solve and escalate as required;
- Responsible for directing and monitoring work efforts via daily stand-ups;

- Ability to promote self-organizing and Agile practices through empowering and enabling the teams always seeking continuous improvement;
- Strong people management and negotiation skills;
- Experience with Big Data projects (Oracle/Hadoop/Spark/Hive);
- Strong understanding of and experience with Agile practices, processes and ceremonies;
- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira to build and maintain team backlog;
- Scrum Master experience required;
- Experience with migrating technical capabilities to the cloud;
- Experience leading a data migration to Snowflake;
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe);
- Person must be technical (i.e. we value prior development experience);
