Our company is looking for a Business Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in creating high-level briefings for management as well as executive stakeholders;
  • Quickly developing a working understanding of diverse and nuanced processes and operating procedures;
  • Enterprise business capability architecture, including artifacts such as maps, value streams, and roadmaps;
  • Participate in the creation and governance of business architecture artifacts. Integrate common standards business architecture in the enterprise;
  • Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data;
  • Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing key views of the organization;
  • Translate business strategy and capability roadmaps for Enterprise and Domain Architects as well as other technology leaders;
  • BIzBOK knowledge required;
  • Familiar with BizBok is required. Should be a member of business Architecture gild;
  • Healthcare Industry = Not needed, but helpful. More focused on the consulting presence and familiarity with BizBok;
  • Work alongside business analyst to deeper dives into business architectures;
  • Propose new inanities to sr. level mgt;
  • Not just functional skills but also needs the consulting skills/strong comm skills/powerpoint deck writing skills required;
  • Role is such that prior consulting background would be necessary. Able to speak up and engage proactively with project teams/solutions architects etc;
  • Take pain points and create architecture solutions for big picture planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, organizational development or related field or four (4) years of relevant experience;
  • Lean and agile knowledge and experience;
  • Five (5) years of experience managing complex projects with inter-related Systems, Process and Business Requirements;
  • Business architecture experience in a complex, technical environment;
  • Specific experience in the healthcare industry;
  • Business Architecture Certification;
  • Business Architecture Guild Alignment Healthcare industry experience.
