Our company is looking for a Business Systems Consultant 5 to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in production outage assessments and remediation activities, including troubleshooting, documentation and communications;
  • Develop and/or maintain documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides;
  • Actively participate in partner and internal customer meetings as needed;
  • Analyze and identify process problems, develop resolutions, draft and manage SOP’s and the potential creation of alternate support processes;
  • Work with offshore teams to plan & execute one-time and re-occurring activities;
  • Develop an in depth knowledge and understanding of Technology and Business Unit BCP’s;
  • Coordinate & communicate information related to emergency infrastructure remediation;
  • Coordinate, develop and execute Business Continuity Planning deliverables;
  • Develop a reporting structure that shows progress and performance across the participating teams, helping to track and improve internal performance;
  • Ability to develop, document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s);
  • Lead and/or participate in post mortem process that identifies process failures, recommending and implementing improvements.

Requirements:

  • Monitor and update iTracker;
  • Assist in locating game plans;
  • Assist with access requests;
  • Understands “How to” use and explain tools used to indicate remediation status, walk through training provided;
  • Understands ALL current efforts underway including BAU and is able to assist, facilitate or expedite each situation as needed;
  • Assist ISST team with additional assistance in administrative tools;
  • May notify application managers of upcoming deadlines;
  • Manage and monitor All TREX Events Introduce new scope;
  • Analyze data in tools for follow up;
  • May coordinate meetings as a service to problem solve where necessary;
  • Monitor and update AMCT;
  • Maintains full scope of all on-going process and who is responsible as well as know who is the expert on point;
  • May conduct meetings;
  • Manage Master list of all projects;
  • Research, analyze data ,assign and follow up on each request until completion.
