Chief Solutions Architect Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Chief Solutions Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with regional sales leaders to help evolve the go-to-market strategy for the region;
- Explain how specific Red Hat’s solutions and our offering roadmap align with our overall technology vision;
- Play an active leadership role as a member of Red Hat’s field technical community.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in establishing IT services framework and IT security policies;
- Superior analytical and problem solving capabilities;
- Proven experience as CSA or similar managerial role;
- Ability to recruit and direct IT staff members;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to meet with and present to C-level executives;
- A strong strategic and business mindset;
- Background in designing/developing IT Systems and planning IT implementation;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations;
- BS/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MS/MA will be preferred;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure;
- Project and budget management skills;
- Mastery at establishing strategic service provider partnerships.
