Our company is looking for a Identity Access Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Team Productivity and capacity utilization, ensure consistent utilization;
  • Results driven: Aggressive focus on results and demonstrating improvements in capability maturity year after year;
  • Develop a highly motivated team, driven to innovate and deliver capabilities in an agile fashion;
  • Manage staffing capacity, ensure proper workload-capacity balancing;
  • Process oriented and metrics driven execution – adopt ITIL/ITSSM and Agile/iterative models for capability delivery;
  • Engage Internal Customers (Federal team and eGRC team) closely, partner with them to build and execute capability Roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Design Thinking mindset. Technical aptitude and awareness of Modern Technology trends/innovations;
  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSSM, Agile methodologies and common Metrics;
  • Prior experience in IAM/Identity Management and/or eGRC/Archer preferred;
  • Academic qualifications in Management will be a plus;
  • Prior experience managing Application Development teams of 10+ people for large Enterprises.
