Our company is looking for a Integration Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- System imaging;
- Taking direction from system architects and engineers;
- Basic tech support;
- Replacing components;
- Racking of servers;
- Delivering parts and supplies;
- Troubleshooting of hardware both on and off-site;
- Responding to customer issues within 15 minutes.
Requirements:
- The ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs throughout the day;
- 1- 2 years of technical support experience;
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and in the presence of customers;
- HS diploma required; Associates preferred;
- Ability to work OT when required;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Pre-employment drug and background check required.
